This splendid property with a shared lake front in a lake community is being offered for others to share and enjoy. The owner looks forward to welcoming you to Wackerbarth Cottage on Skaneateles Lake. Come enjoy the east side of the lake with endless sun and gorgeous sunsets. The property has three bedrooms, three baths and a laundry room off the garage which offers great storage during your stay. Wackerbarth Cottage is approximately five miles from the vibrant and quaint Village of Skaneateles and the many shops and exceptional dining options it hosts. Come enjoy one of the many outdoor spaces which include a lower-level deck, front patio, upper-level deck and of course the lake side patio and dock area. The shared lake space is located at the end of the lane which is three houses down. The community consists of a few vacation rentals along with permanent owners who either have their own private waterfront or shared private waterfront. Guests have their own shared waterfront to enjoy and access the lake.
