This beautiful pet friendly property was newly renovated in July 2021. This home is located right next to the famed Mirbeau Inn and Spa and within just a short walk to the village! The inspiration for the interior design is the famed Skaneateles Polo Club! The decor is a Ralph Lauren inspired, transitional equestrian style.
The Space:
It has three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms. The main level has a beautiful kitchen with island, quartz countertops and white cabinetry. The living room is large and has a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa with plenty of additional seating. There is also gorgeous polo inspired 1/2 bath, off the front entry. The second level will has three bedrooms all with queen beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two guest bedrooms and another full bath off of the hallway. The master bathroom has a shower and the hallway bathroom will have a tub/shower. The backyard has a beautiful deck and is fenced in for your furry babies!! The best part about this home aside from its beauty, is it’s location. It is right next to Mirbeau Inn and Spa and Rosalie’s Cucina and just one block away from The Kreb’s Restaurant. It is also a very short walk to all of the shops and restaurants that downtown Skaneateles has to offer!!
