Summary:
Newly remodeled September 2020! 2 King beds, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite), washer, dryer, central air/heating. Complete renovation, brand new flooring, windows, cabinetry, appliances, granite countertops, ensuite bathroom, laundry added. New queen sofa sleeper. Pet friendly and close to everything! The entire property compound has two other units (a 1 bed/1 bath upper unit and a 2 bed/2 bath in a separate building next door). Also on this same property is a third building- a 5 bed/4 bath house currently under renovations that will be completed by July 2022. All building combined, will be able to accommodate 30 people (maximum). Please note Email us for more information.
Primary guest will need to be 25 years of age or older, required to sign the owners personal rental agreement (emailed separately after booking is accepted) & provide valid proof of I.D.
Owner strictly prohibits any gatherings including but not limited to birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette, bridal, baby, receptions, brunches, etc.
Guests will be responsible for damages or other additional expenses up to $250.00 (Credit card is not charged unless damage, etc is found)
The Space:
Lots of space for entertaining in the large kitchen. A great space for families and groups.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the private 2 bedroom Cottage Apt including a large backyard. Note - there is a separate one bedroom unit above with its own entrance, another stand alone Carriage House/building -w/2 beds/2 bath and a large 5 bed/4 bath house on the same property. The deck is private to this unit but the yard is shared with the 1 bed upper unit.

Getting Around:
Private country setting just 2 minutes from the village! Walk, or drive to the village just 1 mile away. Plenty of parking.
