The property is part of a 4-Unit home and you will be sharing the driveway and porch area with our long-term tenants so parking spaces are assigned. Please be respectful of the residents and tenants.

There is a family that lives on site as well as another single tenant, so please be mindful that although your space is yours, the premises are utilized by others as well. Noise does travel between units, so please be mindful of that.
We’re right in the vicinity (and earshot) of train tracks that are active during the day and at night providing some beautiful and nostalgic “white noise” at all times of day
Lastly, in the Spring and Summer months, we tend to see some ants making their way indoors. We do treat the interior and exterior regularly, but they can be stubborn creatures. Please let us know in advance if you have any questions about this.
