Located in beautiful Lake Elmore. Year round house is very comfortable. Single level home perfect for small families. Large deck and screened in room overlooking the water makes for plenty of space to enjoy the views of the mountain or watch your children while they swim. 4 person hot tub on deck, gas grill, canoe, Kayaks, plenty of shade, wonderful 30' dock. House sits on 1 mile long dirt road which is great for walking or riding bikes. Go hiking on Mt. Elmore, or go to the beach at the state park and rent a paddle boat or kayak. Take a walk less than a mile to the Elmore store for supplies, lunch, or an ice cream cone. 15 min. to Stowe, 30 min. to Montpelier.

Summary: The lake house is perfect for enjoying Elmore and surrounding area. It remains my favorite place to stay in Elmore. Loons on the lake, Elmore Mountain views, it doesn’t get better than this, for me.The new deck/porch is incredible, the hot tub is always great. I’m sorry I didn’t get to use the kayaks this year or try out the flotation options for swimming fun but…next year!Missing it, already.
