You’ll be welcomed into the Grand Beamed Entry, which flows into the Formal Living Room of this 4,721 SQFT palace. From here, you’ll begin to understand that this house is special, and you will feel right at home throughout your stay at The Southern Estate. Not only is the entrance amazing, but the kitchen is very spacious. The additional entertainment room outside is absolutely incredible for large gatherings of all kinds, including ones that involve the Outdoor Pool w/ fountains, Pool House, and very spacious indoor (screened-in) and outdoor Patio Areas. There are also indoor entertainment options in the Theater Room, as well as the Billiards Room w/ wet bar. And, at the end of the evening, you can rest well in one of the Large Bedrooms with plenty of room for people to sleep in beds. The Grand Master Retreat, however, is extra special with its spa-style bath. Try to stay in this room, if you can.
