The studio features a comfortable king size bed, blackout blinds for a peaceful night`s sleep, an electric fireplace for added coziness, a desk for any work needs, and a high-end automatic espresso/coffee maker with complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Watch your favorite shows on the 55` Smart SONY TV or enjoy some downtime with the mini refrigerator(no freezer) and microwave.
Step outside onto your own private deck with the hot tub and fire table exclusively for this suite. The upstairs rental has its own deck, ensuring your privacy. The studio itself is 100 square feet, making it a cozy and comfortable space perfect for one or two guests. Please keep your expectations in line with the size of the studio when booking.
You will have the entire space to yourself, and it is not shared with anyone else. The studio is located in the lower level of another rental, separated by a locked door and stairs. Neither guests have access to the door, ensuring your privacy.

The neighborhood is very safe and walkable, perfect for an evening stroll. There are restaurants and shops just a 1 minute drive away, and two grocery stores within a mile.

When you check out and there is no damage to the room and the hot tub is left in good condition (not cloudy or dirty) you will get your deposit back.
No visitors are allowed in guest suite. It is small and only suitable for 2 people plus an infant or child. You are however are allowed to have a couple visitors on the deck. No Parties!!! Please do not slam the door when entering and leaving the guest suite, it has been loosening the smart lock when people slam the door.
