The dining area boasts updated appliances, ample cabinetry, and a beautiful island. Renovated 4 bedroom 3.5 baths plus a small bonus room that has a twin size bed, with a finished basement. Outside, enjoy a nice size private fenced in backyard with outdoor shower. Ideal for outdoor dining, grilling, or simply enjoying the fresh sea breeze! Two levels of living space which makes for a nice share for two families. The basement is finished and offers a laundry room and 1/2 bath. Outside, Easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and charming downtown area.

• NO PARTIES! Excess noise is not permitted in my home. Again NO PARTIES! This will result in immediate eviction WITHOUT refund.

• Smoking cannabis, tobacco, or ANYTHING is not permitted on the premises.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted in my home – guests will be charged a $250 fine plus the cost to remove smoke from the unit
• Please do not eat or bring food in bedroom/on beds or comforters. You will be charged an additional $100 fee for any damaged/dirtied sheets or comforters (including blood, food, makeup, etc.).
