We had a cancellation! the last week of January and first week of February are still open. Waste Management/ TPC Golf Tournament is available. The house is close to everything yet quiet!! Super convenient. Just 3 miles from the Talking Stick Casino and the Colorado Rockies/Arizona Diamondbacks Spring Training baseball stadium. This home is 5 miles southeast of the TPC Golf for the Waste Management Open and West World for the Barrett-Jackson Car show and numerous horse shows. The McDowell Mountain Preserve (84 miles of trails) has trailheads just two miles from our location. This is IT!! Your own Private Oasis, Backyard Pool, covered patio, soaring ceilings, open living/dining area. Leather couches and mid-century modern decor. Contemporary one level home 2 bedrooms, Plus a fully equipped office (printer, copier) with 2 baths. Granite Countertops, 1 Car attached garage, fireplace. Includes 2 flat screen TV's, outdoor patio furniture, BBQ, all linens and fully stocked kitchen. Cable TV, WIFI, lawn and pool service. Just Bring Your Toothbrush!
