NEW LISTING!! Available in August. Our "Whitetail Pines Cabin" is located out on "The Bluff", the peninsula between the two branches of Keuka Lake. Our name says it all. You will be surrounded by pine trees and share your surroundings with deer and all kinds of wildlife. To give you a perspective, we are 10 minutes away via Rt. 54A North to Vineyard View and the same via Rt. 54A South to Hunt Country Vineyard in Branchport. We are near both Penn Yan and Branchport. Drive down our private road to find your rustic retreat. Our small (710 sq. ft.) secluded cabin is a "studio" style retreat, open floor plan. You will find a comfortable living area that converts to one bedroom with a pull out Queen sofa. All bed linens and pillows are included. There is a large TV, propane cozy fireplace and comfy chairs. The fully stocked kitchen has a gas stove and oven, refrigerator and microwave. Dishes and utensils, glasses and coffee mugs, pots and pans and everything you may need to cook and entertain. You will find some basic pantry items (salt and pepper, some spices). A coffee pot (Mr. Coffee type) a supply of coffee (in case you forgot), filters, creamer and sugar. The bathroom has a shower (no tub), towels are included and hand soap, (shower gel and shampoo are available if needed). The bathroom sink and the kitchen stove are what you may consider "retro". Glass doors provide access to the front deck and a view to the West (where you will often see an amazing sunset). Another glass door faces South. The outdoor deck holds a gas grille and picnic table with built in seating. Nearby you will find a firepit and wood box that contains all you need for an outdoor fire. There is outdoor seating available. The property itself is over 5 acres but much is steep and wooded. Although you are secluded, you are minutes away from all the wonderful activities, views, restaurants and experiences that Keuka Lake provides. You are very close to Keuka State Park (no access to the lake from your property!). SPECIAL OCCASION? We are in close proximity to Keuka College and many wedding venues. We are literally surrounded by wineries, breweries and distilleries.
