Perfect for the entire family, reach the expansive pebble beach or grassy fire pit area without stairs. The private beach offers great sun and swimming with deep water off the seasonal dock or cool shade under the towering trees. Find all the activity you’re looking for at nearby restaurants, bars, wineries, breweries, cideries, distilleries, fruit farms, golf courses, festivals and markets. Summer sun or fall foliage, check yourself in with the keypad and check-out of your busy life with us in the Finger Lakes Region of New York. Number of guests is limited to 10 people.

-Garbage day is Tuesday - totes stay by the street.
-Two outdoor cameras are used to monitor parking areas. There are no cameras indoors.
