Great location with river, kayaks, mountains. Sleeps 7. Full kitchen with dining table, bathroom with combination shower/tub, 2 bedrooms, one with King size bed (storage and wall tv) and the other with a Queen and a combined bunk (small double and single up top). Living room and screened in front porch.
