Ample walking trails extend from the yard and continue to the state park 11/2 miles down the trail and thousands of acres of state land used for snowmobiles, walking and equestrians in the Mackinaw State Forest. A private getaway but just 1o minutes from a major grocery store and 15 minutes to beautiful, Lake Huron Beaches. Alpena is a quiet, pleasant, mid-size northern Michigan town.
