The Cook Mansion is a Nationally Historic Brink 5800 Square Foot Mansion built in 1873. It borders the Beautiful SheQuaGa Falls in the center or Montour Falls, NY. It has 6 Bedrooms and 6.5 Bathrooms available for guest to stay in. 4 Bedrooms have King Beds and 2 have 2 Queen Beds each in them. There is also 2 twin size cots available for use in any room. 1 King Bedroom is downstairs and the remaining 5 Bedrooms are upstairs, each with their own bathrooms. Downstairs there is a very large kitchen fully equipped for renters use with 2 stoves, 2 dishwashers, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, drinking glasses, pots and pans. There is also a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Also downstairs is a Sitting Room, Living Room, and 2 connected Dining rooms able to sit 20 people in the 2 combined rooms. There is gorgeous views of the SheQuaGa waterfall from the interior of Cook Mansion. Guests really enjoy staying at Cook Mansion built by Elbert W.
