Park is just 2 blocks, Greenbelt bike path just 1 1/2 blocks, golf range nearby as well as golf course which has night golf once a month. Also, walking distance to downtown old town and Convention center
There are at least 4 parking spaces in the driveway, plus plenty of street parking if needed. As far as getting around, catch a golf cart if you`re in old town, there`s public transportation nearby, but a majority of everything is within walking distance, from Fry`s grocery store, to coffee bean-and if you want to get a longer walk Starbucks is just a mile away. Convenience store at the corner.
