As guests who book the home`s UPSTAIRS, the entire first floor is available to enjoy. No one share the home when you reserve the top, main floor The open floor plan of living room, kitchen, and dining room; 3 bedrooms, laundry room and patio and spacious backyard.
Currently you and your guests have sole access to the home during your stay. I am not on the property, yet live in town. I am available at any time should you have a need that arises. You have PRIVATE access to upstairs: 3 bedrooms, living room, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room (as well as front and backyard) and do not share the your accommodations with anyone else.
West Farmington is extremely family friendly and quiet. One mile away, the glorious Station park open mall shopping experience and restaurants are ready to serve you entertainment and enjoyment for all ages.
A 2 minute car ride or nice walk will take you to local parks, open mall or lovely trails that will enhance your experience in town.
Pet policy: 1 pet per stay, must be potty trained, $50 pet fee (and a $100 refundable pet cleaning fee....When you book Upstairs/Main floor, you have access to the entire upstairs and patio deck/back yard. There is NO access to the downstairs part of the house for UPSTAIRS booking.
Hot Cold Tub: of it looks as if it was used the $150 will be charged, even if lead guest reports otherwise.

**Pet Policy: $50 for dog/cat per stay,

Any water damage caused by rain/snow entering the bedrooms/rooms via open windows in home will accrue repair charges.

4. No entry of personal pillow or bedding.
Guests will accrue any and all costs from professional cleaners/exterminators if pests enter the home via personal bedding being contaminated and pests brought into the home.
5. Only up to 6 guests can spend the night(s) for an UPSTAIRS booking (exception bellow):
