The master bedroom features a high cathedral ceiling with skylights a very comfortable king size bed, flat-screen TV, and master bath with large walk in shower. Our other 3 bedrooms all have queen size beds. Plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. This house comfortably sleeps up to 10 people.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer. All appliances have been upgraded, and the house is newly furnished. We only rent to 25 and older and do not discount the rates. No pets, smoking or house parties. Outdoor only surveillance cameras in use. Ring doorbell camera for front driveway surveillance, one in front yard bird box for font yard surveillance, backyard camera in bird box for backyard surveillance and one inside chicken house for chicken surveillance. None inside at all.
