Enjoy this cozy, cottage-like home. It has 3 quaint bedrooms, comfortable living room and whimsical eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped to prepare meals. For your convenience and enjoyment the home has a smart tv. If you are traveling alone or with a small group, the place is excellent for a cozy, comfortable stay on a low budget.

On site parking for 2 cars . All other vehicles must park on Sherman Street. Bus stop is half a block away down Floral Ave.

We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.
For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.

Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.

** Check-Out**
Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
