The open layout created an easy flow between the living, dining, and kitchen area - perfect for families or groups traveling together. The fully equipped kitchen makes it simple to prepare meals, snacks for the lake, or a casual dinner (or grill out) after a day on the lake. No need to go to the coffee shop with a commercial built-in Bosch coffee maker. The kitchen offers an eat-in breakfast bar and dining table seating 11+. The patio off the kitchen offers additional outdoors dining. After a day of fishing you can utilize the patio fish cleaning station and the exterior grill or firepit.

If you need to cancel between 59 days and 30 days you will receive a 50% refund. Within 30 days of your arrival no refunds are given. Included in your cleaning fee is the above toiletry starter pack, propane replacement, and access to our Host Store; where we offer a range of supplemental services and items including early check-in/late check-out options, hangover kits, or fresh flowers for a romantic getaway. Pack n’ play or toddler cot, package of bottled water, firewood, etc. are available for a small fee on our Host Store (email sent one week before check-in) and will be waiting in the home on your arrival. A refundable security deposit of $300 may be charged on reservations. Guests will be responsible for all intentional damage to include but not limited to broken items, soiled or misplaced linens, loss of keys, theft, or failure to remove garbage from the property, or leaving the property excessively dirty.
