Taxes are collected in addition to the fee) The yard is not fenced, but the neighborhood is perfect for walking! There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
*SMOKING: Is not permitted inside the home, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs inside the home.
