This modern lake house boasts 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen and so much more. Step onto the welcoming front porch where you can sit and see beautiful Waneta Lake. Once through the door, you are greeted by the open living room, dining room, and kitchen. The beautiful L-shaped couch is the perfect place to relax after a long day. Walk through the dining room into the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the perfect setting to create a delicious meal to pair with your new favorite Finger Lakes Wine. The spacious Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, a large TV, and access to the enclosed backyard. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed along with a loft to enjoy. The full bathroom is located in the hallway between the 2 bedrooms. The walk-in shower is refreshing. The backyard is the real star of the show. The pad allows for a fierce game of cornhole or other yard games. Enjoy a little football on the back porch while you are grilling up some dinner. The lake is just a short walk away.
