Welcome to Margarita Villa at Lake Chelan!
Built in 2019, this lakeside vacation home features a wide variety of spaces for everyone to enjoy. We have a few favorite spaces, including:
1. A large covered park-front porch with a table for 6 + 4 Adirondack chairs & ceiling-mounted outdoor heater
2. An “Eagles Nest” sun deck with a fire pit, & comfy seating
3. A park-side patio with a fire pit, 6 Adirondack chairs, an Outdoor Heater, & a Weber gas grill
4. A lower-level patio with a well-lit, large 8-person hot tub
With 750 sq ft of outdoor space on the Vineyard Park, there is plenty of room for the kiddos to play. Centrally located in the heart of the community, Margarita Villa is steps from the Hilltop Park & Pool, Lakeside Coffee, Bocce ball & pickleball courts, playground, & shuttle stop with a short walk to the Vineyard pool & spa.

The home has complimentary Gigabit high-speed WiFi for 30+ devices. All Smart TVs are equipped with "must-have" streaming services. The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, quartz countertops & stainless-steel appliances.
Coffee lovers will swoon over our K-Cup & 12-cup Carafe Brewer + coffee grinder. Keeping with the Margarita theme, our bar cart features our signature margarita recipe, glasses, wine glasses, & other drinkware.
The dining area has a large table with room for eight and counter seating for five. The family room has 16-foot-high ceilings, a gas fireplace, & a very comfortable seating area. The couch makes it into a queen sleeper sofa. A master bedroom on the main level has a king bed, en-suite bathroom, & convenient access to the “Eagles Nest” sun deck.
The upper level of the house offers another king bedroom with access to a full bathroom through a pocket door. The second bedroom upstairs offers a queen bed with hall access to the bathroom. Ceiling fans, portable fans, & small kid stair gates are provided.
Teenagers will love the lower-level game room with its large 50” smart TV, soundbar, Xbox, & board games. They’ll enjoy their bunk room with 2 queen-over-queen bunk beds, each with lights, a Smart TV, a USB outlet & and a power strip. The upper bunk is designed for one teen or up to 2 kids. The lower level has a full bathroom, a large capacity washer & dryer, an iron, & towels for the hot tub & pools. We provide cornhole & glow-in-the-dark bocce ball.
The house was designed for the needs of a growing family & a place where couples could enjoy a vacation together, offering privacy and space. With this layout of 4 bedrooms, all with at least a queen bed, this house is perfect for two or three families – or three to four couples on an adults-only getaway.
