Newer lakefront home on the Cayuga Wine Trail, centrally located between Syracuse, Rochester and Ithaca. We are located on the west shore with an amazing sunrise each morning.
The home (built in 2013) comfortably sleeps 8-10 in beds, plus a queen futon. There are 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs - queen bed & 2 upstairs - queen/king) and a 3-season loft that has 2 full beds, each with a twin trundle.
There are 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs; 1 downstairs), each with shower, and a full laundry room. Home is full stocked with sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels.
Inside, you'll find a fully outfitted large kitchen, and plenty of eating space at the bar, in the dining area, or on the 3-season porch. Living room has a gas fireplace, TV, and great view of the lake.
Outside, there's a large deck with grill and seating, 50 feet of lake frontage, and brand-new dock to tether your boat or lake toys. To enjoy the lake, you'll find 2 kayaks, multiple fishing poles, and rafts for floating. There's plenty of lawn furniture if you want to enjoy view. And finally, a wood-burning fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs completes the experience.
The home is 2,100 square feet, with an open design that takes advantage of the upstairs & downstairs lake views. Central heat & air-conditioning allow for year-round use.
Come experience the Finger Lakes - the wineries, the boating, the views. If you enjoy shopping - the Prime Outlets are just a few minutes away to the north and if you're visiting Cornell or Ithaca College - travel to Ithaca is approximately 45 minutes to the south. Hobart & William Smith College is 20 minutes to the west. And brand new to the area - del Lago Casino - just a few minutes to the north.
