Summary: We had a wonderful time at this vacation home! The screened porch that spans the entire front and parts of the side of the house, with areas for sleeping, eating, and just sitting looking at the lake was awesome. Our 2-year grandson had run of the porch but was entirely safe the whole time. We also loved the big reading chairs in the living room. The warm pine paneling gave the home a classic feel, but all the modern amenities were there, including central air and new bathrooms. The outdoor shower was a real treat. The kitchen was well stocked. The only suggestion I would make is to create some seating areas in the entry room to cozy it up a bit and make it more inviting. The private beach had lots of lounge chairs, a picnic table, a fire pit and a hammock and swimming in that part of the lake was delightful - it's a quiet end of the lake. We also took out the pedalboat and kayak - so much fun. Communication was excellent!
