Come experience the magic and allure of Lake Travis from this luxurious waterfront Italian style villa. Nestled on nearly 5 acres, this estate is a perfect integration between nature and architecture.
The villa, divided on two floors, has large indoor and outdoor spaces offering a 180 degrees spectacular lake view. One the main floor, there is open living room, formal dining room with 10 seats, breakfast sunroom surrounded by blue lake view and a wonderfully equipped gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
The main floor of Villa Sereno also features a spacious a master suite with large floor to ceiling windows looking over the infinity pool and the lake. The master bath is truly a “Spa Bathroom” - steam room, soak tub and a large shower room with multiple jets. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor with two additional full bathrooms.
One the second floor, there are two bedroom with private bath and lake or garden view. Guests will certainly enjoy the large movie theater with recliners, state of art projector and audio equipment. Enjoy movies, shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime or play family video games on a 140” screen.
Villa Sereno is designed to offer our guests deep relaxation immersed in unspoiled nature overlooking the blue lake. Watching sunset over the lake on the large patio decks. Soaking in the infinity pool and jacuzzi with lake at the backdrop. Grab your morning coffee, and take a walk on a private trail down to the shell covered beach and lake shore. (Note, boat dock access is currently unavailable due to the low lake water level.)

We provide 24/7 personal House Manager service. Upon check in, our house manager will greet with guests and show guests the property and amenities. During the stay, our guests can contact house manager for any questions or requests.
