There are two full bathrooms. Washer/Dryer. The main floor features an open floor plan with a modern kitchen with center-island overlooking the dining area. The entire living area features windows with breathtaking views of Seneca Lake. A screened in front porch offers the perfect spot to enjoy evening breezes or sipping on your morning coffee. Just a few steps down to the 80 feet of waterfront where you can swim off the dock or shore. Hector Falls is located only a few cottages down the road. The cottage features Wifi & Cable TV, 2 kayaks and a lakeside fire pit. Convenient parking right at the house for up to 4 vehicles.
