This home does NOT have Air Conditioning. This home has an air circulation system for humidity control. Most homes in Breckenridge (especially above 10,000ft) have heated floors and A/C is not possible. We regularly have temperature drops down into the 40s at night (even in the summer) at this high of altitude with no humidity. Provided you open the windows during the day, and close them at night this home will be comfortable all summer long.
