Our property is conveniently located on the first floor of this perfectly located building on 19th St near South Street. Only a few blocks from Rittenhouse Square Park, the shops on Walnut Street and all the restaurants, lounges, eateries and shops all within walking distance. This neighborhood allows you to enjoy long walks on lovely historic blocks while also enjoying the modern transition of what is taking place all around you. Families frequently walk their kids around here, you will see joggers, runners, and couples just taking strolls.
