The space
This 2,500 square foot luxury apartment is located on the first floor of a restored 1920s mansion. The space has undergone a meticulous renovation transforming it into a contemporary urban oasis. There are three bedrooms and two full baths with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests overnight.
The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, cozy fireplace, smart tv, large walk-in closet with built-ins, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is well-appointed with a large double sink vanity, private water closet, and huge walk in shower. The second bedroom is attached to the master bedroom suite and has 3 full-size beds and another smart tv. The third bedroom has a king-size bed, closet, and walls of leaded glass windows allowing plenty of natural light in. Directly adjacent to this bedroom is the second full bathroom.
The beautiful cook's kitchen is equipped with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. There is a large refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A Keurig coffee pot and electric tea kettle are provided along with an assortment of various k-cups and teas. There is plenty of prep space and all the pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare a meal are provided.
Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a cozy breakfast nook with seating for 4. The formal dining room boasts a large dining table with seating for 8 and a bar cart stocked with all the essentials to mix up your favorite cocktail.
The living room is a dark, moody room, and is full of character with it's decorative marble fireplace, and mix of vintage and modern furnishings. An eclectic array of vintage and modern artwork and artifacts add interest to the space while the large LED smart TV provides modern comforts.
