The perfect home-base for the wide array of family-friendly and adult activities. Amazing hikes in the local gorges, bald eagles, farmers markets, museums, fall foliage, wine tours, boat tours, and excellent restaurants.
This property has over 115 feet of private lake frontage, a dock, and first floor master suite. All amenities are like brand new, the kitchen is beautifully updated with everything needed to cook a meal and the patio provides amazing views.
The House:
The kitchen is stocked with refrigerator, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Plus pots, pans, utensils, silverware, drip coffee pot, french press, dishes, cups, glasses, wine glasses, cutlery, Pyrex dishes and everything you need to cook and eat in.
The dining room has a table large enough to comfortably seat eight. The beautiful living room has a natural gas fireplace and a huge window facing the lake. A smart TV with Netflix access is provided.
There are towels, washcloths, and hand towels provided for up to 12 guests. For those who may have forgotten, there is shampoo, conditioner, body wash and most all toiletries needed in stock. We keep two hairdryers, an iron, and ironing board in the house at all times. Also available to guests is the HE washing machine and dryer. Laundry detergent is also provided.
While not fully wheelchair accessible due to uneven flooring levels, the owner's bedroom suite is on the first floor, making the home more accessible for guests with mobility issues.
The home has central air conditioning and forced air heat throughout.

This property has access to public utilities (no wells or septic tanks) which is rare for Finger Lakes rentals.
PLEASE NOTE: The dock is seasonal. It is removed mid-October and put back in mid-May.
