Wonderful, unique, free-standing condo. Less than one mile from the many shops and restaurants of picturesque downtown Chatham. Only a half mile from Oyster Pond (a saltwater inlet of Nantucket Sound, featuring a kid-friendly beach) and two miles from Lighthouse Beach (on the Atlantic side of Chatham, in front of historic Chatham Light)!
Recently renovated, this light and bright two-bedroom home is full of new furnishings and fresh paint. The open floor plan includes a bright living area with comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, with an adjacent area housing a large, round table perfect for meals and playing board games. The updated, well-equipped kitchen has quartz counters and a large island with seating for four. This lovely home also features a gas stove, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, central air, cable TV, and WiFi.
Both bedrooms are on the second floor, and each has its own private full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has twin beds and twin bunkbeds.
