The Stanton Suite is a garden-level apartment in a Second Empire Victorian built in 1873, just steps from Seneca Lake and Hobart & William Smith Colleges. Designed with vintage-industrial charm, the space celebrates the natural beauty and storied past of the Finger Lakes.
The suite features a private entrance, cozy bedroom with queen-sized bed, living area with a full-sized pull-out couch, TV with access to your favorite streaming apps, full bathroom, and a kitchenette with a 7-in-1 microwave/toaster/convection oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, and fridge. AC and heating are also provided for your comfort.
Perched across from Seneca Lake, the front yard overlooks a tree-lined sidewalk and benches perfect for watching the sunrise over the lake. Stroll 15 minutes to a hidden swimming dock, or head 20 minutes on foot to downtown Geneva’s shops, restaurants, and Lakefront Park. Guests also enjoy shared access to our woodsy, fenced backyard, which blooms with wildflowers in spring and early summer. The home is located in a residential neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.
Two parking spaces are available in the front driveway. Ample, free street parking is also available, but please note that the section of the street beyond our house is a no-parking zone.

The private entrance is accessed via an outdoor path and unpaved driveway. While we shovel and treat the walkway in winter, snow and uneven ground can occur, which may be challenging for guests with mobility concerns.
