This custom built home is the ultimate mountain retreat, situated against acres of green space overlooking the pristine Martis Valley meadowland. Designed by Kurt Reinkens for easy living, providing a graceful flow from the Primary suite to the great room, kitchen and media room. The media room has a large sectional sofa and huge flat screen TV. Entertaining and gathering are effortless in the spacious great room, kitchen and dining which opens to the expansive terrace that is equipped with firepit, hot tub and lounging areas. The interiors are comfortable mountain modern with stone and wood floors, rich stained alder woodwork, and elegant granite complimented by aesthetically pleasing accent walls throughout.
The heart of the home is undoubtedly the grand living area, where there is no shortage of light nor space. Plenty of seating around the gas fireplace allow for evening get togethers for the whole clan and picture windows frame the breathtaking views beyond. The home chef will be at ease in the gourmet kitchen, where the adjacent dining area and breakfast table make serving up any meal a breeze.
On the main floor, the primary Primary suite offers it's own gas fireplace, flat screen TV and spa like bath. A second guest room with ensuite completes the main floor. This contemporary mountain home is perfectly designed to accommodate multi-generational getaways. On the second floor, three additional guest rooms all include their own private bath, TV's, and one is suited especially for the younger crowd with two bunks, TV, and couch. Upstairs there is also a loft with a couch and two chairs that overlooks the main living room. And finally, the sixth guest suite is situated for added privacy and is located on the second floor, above the garage, but accessed from the main home. It is a sanctuary in its own, with plenty of space to spread out, along with king bed, gas fireplace, TV and ensuite bath.
