This quiet, private, three-bedroom home is ideal for those traveling for work or visiting family. Nestled in in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, from the front door you can take a walking path through the Durand Eastman Park to the Ontario lake shore.
The house is in the Sea Breeze neighborhood, 15 minutes from Downtown Rochester, 8 minutes from Rochester General Hospital, and walking distance to Seabreeze Amusement Park.
The space
This house includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom, dedicated parking, and a private entrance.
The spacious living room offers a gas fireplace, 9ft ceilings, and classic woodwork. Upstairs, you will find the master bedroom, furnished with a double bed, blackout curtains, and a desk with a leather lazy boy office chair. A second and third bedroom with a full size bed are available upon request. Downstairs is a newly renovated kitchen equipped with all of the essentials.
I live on-site in private living quarters with a separate entrance. I'll be available if you need anything, but otherwise will respect your privacy.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire first and second floor. The laundry and dryer are located in the basement, so please send a request if you need something washed.

-Free laundry & folding service. Let me know if you have any special requests/requirements (cold water only, wash certain clothes separately, etc.)
-Fresh towel service. If you need your towels or clothes cleaned, drop them in the laundry basket in the master bedroom and leave it on the front porch. I will retrieve the basket and deliver fresh, clean towels for you.
-Sheet change: For guests staying longer periods (one week or more), I offer a weekly free bed sheet/linen change.
-Restock. If you run out of toiletries or pantry essentials like spices or oil, send me a message and I will deliver new ones free of charge.
