4 Bedroom, 2 Bath in Remodeled Victorian. Come visit the Roe Summer Cottage! In the 1800's Roe Cottage functioned as a summer boarding house. It fell into disrepair in later years, but we have brought it back to life with a complete renovation. Suite C encompasses the entire 3rd floor of the building and sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms.
Your 3rd floor entrance leads into an open concept kitchen and living area. The kitchen is stocked with basic dishes, glassware, silverware and cookware. The living area has comfy seating and a flat screen TV with plenty of cable channel selections. There is a second TV in another bedroom. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8. Easy check in with code for entry supplied prior to your arrival. (Stairs to third floor are steep)
Beds are all made with fresh linens for your arrival. The two full bathrooms are stocked with plenty of clean towels and washcloths.
There is a private driveway with parking for 4 cars all on a quiet street in downtown Watkins Glen. Roe Summer Cottage is a short walk away from Seneca Lake, Watkins Glen State Park, and Franklin Street, Watkins Glen's main thoroughfare.
