The space
Upstairs: The stylish well-stocked gourmet kitchen has stone countertops and everything you need to prepare small or large meals. It flows seamlessly into the dining area which opens to a beautiful large deck with a gas grill that overlooks the private, fully fenced-in garden. The spacious Great Room has a cozy sectional, smart TV and gas fireplace. The private Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
Downstairs: You will find three additional bedrooms and a large shared bathroom. Two bedrooms each feature a Queen bed, while the third room is perfect for kids, offering two sets of bunk beds. Please note that the furthest bedroom is accessed through the bunk room.
Backyard: Relax on the comfortable outdoor sofa, or unwind in the brand-new, oversized hot tub for the ultimate in vacation luxury.
Please note a few important items: Like most homes in Tahoe, this house does not have AC. There are 2 ceiling fans upstairs and portable fans in each bedroom.
