There are a half-bath and washer and dryer on first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full baths, a TV and reading room, and a large study with couch, rockers, desk space for 2 and killer views of the bay and Campanile. With windows on 3 sides and large skylights it is very light and sunny. There is a garage with a digital piano, erg machine, elliptical and weights. There is sufficient off-street parking for 2 vehicles. There is a bus stop half a block away, and you can walk to BART in 18 minutes. There are 25 steps up from the street but they are broad, with railings, and well lit.
Utilities are included, specifically broadband internet, water, sewer, gas and electric (we have rooftop solar). Available starting June 15 until Sept 30. Minimum of 1 month rental preferred. Significant discount if you rent for 3 months.
