Positive: The hotel is older and a little tired, the rooms are spotless, the included bfast rocks, WELL above the usual. I have stayed here 3-4 times alwys for 2-3 days. For the money, cant be beat!

Negative: A remodle would be nice, but they would have to raise the rates a bunch

Summary: I will stay again
