Our cottage is 5 miles from shops and restaurants in Penn Yan and a 15 minute drive from Hammondsport, which was recently named 'America's Coolest Small Town'!
We are within walking distance of Rooster Hill Winery and a short drive from at least 15-20 of the best wineries in the Finger Lakes!
Our cottage is located on a quiet point on East Lake Road, which is perfect for walking, running, biking and strolling!
Cottage completely painted and re-carpeted in Fall 2024-Early Winter 2025! Back patio floor resurfaced Fall 2024!
Our three kids have spent their summers on this lovely, quiet and serene point. It is truly the perfect spot for a family vacation or adult getaway.
