THE DREAMY DRIPPING SPRINGS ESTATE
This spacious southern complex is nestled in the Texas Hill Country - just 5.2 miles from downtown Dripping Springs.
Enter through the front door (with keyless access) to find the primary living room. Natural light fills this space during the day - perfect for enjoying a good book on the couch. Head down the hall to the gourmet kitchen with an open concept design, modern appliances, and ample counter space. Home chefs will love whipping up memorable meals while loved ones gather around the flat screen TV in the second living room connected to the kitchen. Large sliding glass doors lead out to the back patio and pool.
Down the hall on the ground floor is a laundry room (available for guest use), a full guest bathroom, and a third living room / game room with a flat screen TV, card table, and comfortable seating.
Upstairs, you'll find all of the bedrooms. Bedroom One offers a Full over Full bunk bed, desk, and flat screen TV. Bedroom Two offers a Queen bed and flat screen TV. Bedroom Three offers a Twin over Full bunk bed and flat screen TV. Between Bedroom Three and Four is a second full guest bathroom with a shower / tub combo. Bedroom Four, the primary, offers a King bed, flat screen TV, and ensuite bathroom.
