In the Spring of 2021 restoration started on the farmhouse to create a luxury living space on the beautiful 10 acre wooded lot with Spectacular views of Canandaigua Lake. This home includes heating and A/C as well as speedy Wi-Fi and smart tv’s located in the living room and bedroom. You may also find a fully loaded kitchen with everything from tin foil to pots and pans. This property also includes a beautiful back porch designed perfectly for a romantic dinner or a family movie night with a 44 inch television located outside. You also can find a fireplace as well as a gas grill on the porch. As for the two bedrooms they both have a brand new queen bed and fresh linens and pillows.
