Parking is tight in the back so only 1 midsize SUV or sedan or smaller is permitted to park in the back. (strictly enforced as parking is tight with another rental property located behind). Owner does provide 2 additional Rehoboth parking permits (with refundable deposit) for the street so there are 3 parking. (off street parking is At Your Own Risk), call for clarification. No Pets Permitted. This house is located 1/2 block to the beach & boardwalk in Rehoboth so bring your beach gear and take advantage of all that Rehoboth has to offer! This house features a great screened-in porch, for dining and relaxing, a second-Floor deck, an outside shower and 1 off-street parking spot (tight spot & shared driveway with the back house).
