We brought new life into this funky old home on Ithaca's South Hill. Enjoy our 3BR/1BR home with a new kitchen and an amazing shared backyard featuring outdoor dining options, a BBQ, hammock, campfire pit, and picnic table. 10 minutes outside Downtown Ithaca. You'll find most destinations and activities are 5-15 minute drive (Cornell, Ithaca College, waterfalls, hikes, wineries, and breweries).
**Our home has two separate spaces which may be for rent (this is the main house). Each unit has a private entrance and fully private indoor space. The large backyard is shared and we've taken special care to make sure there are separate seating areas and campfire pits so everyone can enjoy their own space at a very social distance.**
Upon entering you’ll find our brand-new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and six person table.
The living room features two couches, a 65” smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video already logged in, as well as a collection of fun board games.
On the first floor you’ll also find the master bedroom with an amazingly comfortable queen bed, desk with dual monitors, and sitting area. The bathroom and access to the shared deck and a laundry room are also on the first floor.
The second floor has the additional two bedrooms. They’re well-designed but admittedly funky small rooms which are great for kids or easy going adults. Each bedroom has a full sized bed, desk, and smart TV (also logged in with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video).
As mentioned above you'll have your own entrance and fully private indoor space but the backyard space is shared with one other unit.
