Welcome to the Catskills. Guests should be comfortable with homes in nature - you will experience wildlife and insects.
Guests must enter the house through the garage in winter and mud season. All ski gear, jackets, boots, etc. must be stored in the heated mud room.
Winter (November-March): you must have 4WD, or an AWD vehicle for gravel driveway. The road and driveway are plowed but may be packed down snow. All guests should wear proper snow shoes when walking on driveway and outdoors.
Mud Season (March-April): AWD and boots recommended
Limited cell service – both at the home and in the surrounding area. Be sure to enable WIFI calling on
your cell phone.
There is an outdoor security camera.
No smoking or vaping.
No parties or events.
Visitors to be confirmed with host, house not to exceed 8 people at all times.
Must be 25 years old to book. (Photo ID may be required).
House is NOT child proofed. Children (under 18) must be supervised by an adult.
Follow specific instructions for indoor and outdoor fire. S’more outside only. Logs must be 12 inch-long or smaller.
House-trained dogs considered for additional fee, upon approval. $50 per stay per dog, 2 dog max. Pet fee must be paid in advance. The yard is NOT fenced in. Dogs must be on leashes when outside.
Check in time is 3:00 pm, check out time is 11:00 am. Check in/out procedures will be sent in advance of arrival.
Starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, laundry soap, and cleaning supplies provided.
Cleaning fee is $180.
