Welcome to this professionally designed, fully remodeled luxury mountain home — where every detail is brand new, thoughtfully curated, and absolutely stunning. This high-end residence has been completely updated from top to bottom with elevated finishes, designer furnishings, and exceptional amenities throughout. Every space was carefully designed with comfort, quality, and style in mind, creating a home that feels polished, inviting, and one you really have to see to believe.
The Home:
This newly remodeled luxury home is a spacious 2,800 sq ft, two-story residence with convenient driveway access directly off Sunshine Canyon Drive, making arrivals easy in both summer and winter. Guests have access to a two-car garage, along with ample driveway parking for additional vehicles. Please note that after October, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is required to access Sunshine Canyon Drive during winter months.
Main Living Space:
The first floor features a bright, open-concept living space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining area, and family room. The family room is anchored by an 85-inch smart TV for streaming your favorite shows, along with DirecTV for live programming.
The fully stocked kitchen is designed for cooking and entertaining, complete with professional-grade cookware, a wide variety of spices, cooking oils, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Guests can also enjoy using the outdoor grill/griddle for easy outdoor cooking.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Main Level):
On the main level, you’ll find the primary suite featuring a king-size Helix luxury mattress, a 50-inch smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a beautifully appointed ensuite bathroom stocked with a hair dryer and magnifying makeup mirror.
Also on the first floor is a second bedroom with two twin Helix luxury mattresses, perfect for kids or additional guests.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Lower Level):
The downstairs level also includes an oversized bedroom with a king-size Helix luxury mattress. This room features bedside tables with magnetic charging stations for iPhones, AirPods, and Apple Watches, a work desk or makeup table with a magnifying mirror, a large overstuffed chair with an ottoman for relaxing, and a spacious closet.
The downstairs bathroom is a shower-only bath with ample shelving for personal items. It is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion from Public Goods (paraben- and sulfate-free), along with a hair dryer under the sink.

The lower level is truly something special. This massive, high-end game room is unlike anything else — an unbelievable entertainment space designed for both adults and kids.

Where You’ll Sleep:

All beds are made with cotton sheets, comforters, and additional blankets. Bathrooms are supplied with plush cotton towels, hand soap, hand lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire home. A two-car garage with opener is provided at check-in, along with additional driveway parking.
If you have any issues during your stay, you can reach out to our Co-host Shannon (she is a Super Host), she is usually immediately available. She will assist in handling any situation that may arise and resolve problems as soon as possible.
After October, snow tires are required to drive in Sunshine Canyon.
Winter Access & Snow Warning (Please Read Carefully):
After October 30, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is required to access Sunshine Canyon during the winter months.
Mountain roads are paved but can be steep and winding, and snow and icy conditions should be expected in winter.
Towing or vehicle recovery costs are the responsibility of the guest if a vehicle becomes stuck or unable to access the property.
Access from the garage to the front door includes steep stairs, which may be snowy or icy at times during winter conditions. Please use caution.
For winter stays, this listing is set to `Request to Book` so we can confirm you have a suitable vehicle and four-wheel drive for safe access.
House Rules:
● No open flames (bonfires, candles, fireworks prohibited due to wildfire risk). No smoking of any substances, inside or outside. The forest is highly flammable. There is a propane gas grill on the deck for outdoor grilling.
● Please use the shoe mat provided to remove your shoes each time you enter the house. We have a `No Shoes in the House` rule.
● Please do not host large parties, six people is the maximum allowed for overnight stays.
● Please respect our neighbors and avoid playing loud music during quiet hours (10PM-8AM). Please keep noise levels down after 10PM.
● If you would like to bring your dog, you must notify us prior to reserving (we do have a pet fee). Please no dogs on the furniture, and be sure to clean up after him or her with poop bags provided under the kitchen sink. Please do not leave poop in the yard.
● If you damage or break something, please let us know so we can replace it in time for the next guest.
