The units are spacious, and the large 40 foot balcony facing south looks out over snow- white powdered sands and crystal clear blue water. Perfect for sunning both in summer and in winter. Unit 220 has been remodeled with tile floors, mirrored closets, raised ceilings and new drapes and area carpets.
We owners are local and will accommodate you as renters. We have entertained guests from Europe for many years and welcome the international guest. The Aegean has a majority of non- rental units so our residents keep an orderly but friendly complex. A full time security staff insures your privacy.
