•To heat the pool, there is a $300 fee per stay. Must be requested 48 hours prior to arrival.
•To use the projector in the backyard, there is a $500 refundable deposit. The deposit will be returned if the projector is returned in the same condition it was received. Please note, the projector must be requested 48 hours prior to your arrival.
•We welcome your furry friends at a fee of $250 per stay. Please message us requesting a pet fee when you book.
•Pool Service: The pool is skimmed prior to the guest's arrival and gets professionally serviced on Wednesdays.
•Landscaping Services: To ensure the garden, lawn, and surroundings are well-kept, the lawn maintenance is done on Thursdays.
•Free parking is available in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles.
•We also offer discounted rates for our guests on Exotic Car Rentals and Yacht Charters.
•Please respect the neighbors and make sure there is no noise outside after 10:00 p.m. We want you to enjoy your stay but do not allow parties or events. There is also no smoking inside the house. There are fines up to $750 for violating house rules.
