Direct trail access to trail # 5 and a gas station/NHSA agent one minute away to renew your registrations. It features 3 cozy bedrooms & 2 1/2 half bathrooms on 3 levels of living space. The home is finished entirely in pine siding on the interior, as it is a true log cabin! The home happily sleeps 6 people comfortably but can accomodate 7. It has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and an open living room with sliders to the outdoor wrap-around deck. There is a cozy reading nook for private time or p.c. work. The home has fast Wi-Fi and an HDTV in the family room. There is a gas burning stove in the family room, along with 5 zones of baseboard heat, so everybody can control their room tempartures basically. The property is also very nicely landscaped with a large open parking area . The area is abundant with wildlife and outdoor activities! Its only minutes from Dixville Notch State Park and the Balsams Wilderness Resort, Androscogin River, Akers Pond and Lake Umbagog. Additionally, Grafton Notch State Park, Sunday River Resort and the Rangely Lakes Region in Maine or Canada are only a short drive away! There is direct snowmobile & ATV trail access right out your front door! There is a small downtown only 6 miles away which features a Walgreens, an IGA grocery, and a few cozy pubs/restaurants.
