Only a few minutes away from the freeway 610 w ,restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centers. Also about a couple minutes away from downtown. Calm & wonderful area to walk your dog or go for a walk yourself. The townhome is comfortable including all amenities. And a fully equipped kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and a 58’’ tv in the living room.

*there is no tolerance for partying, loud music, smoking marihuana, inside or outside the house. there is a fee of $500 if any of these rules are broken. when violented we will ask you to leave the property.

*unauthorized late check outs will be charged a fee of $55.
