Summary: The room wasn’t cleaned the day after our first night. We had a reservation for two nights. We had to go ask for clean towels and emptied our trash ourselves. The shower had something wrong with the heat setting, which it could turn scolding hot at any time. I kept the temperature nozzle close to the cold setting because it would change to scolding hot randomly throughout your shower. I notified the management as this was a safety hazard and I was concerned someone could be scolded by the hot water changes.
